Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All Domestic orders are processed and shipped the same day for orders placed by 2:00 pm CST.

Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 business days. * Pending carrier exceptions and holidays.

We validate shipping addresses; however, address shipping and billing information captured by our website is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure 100% accuracy for delivery and billing.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 excluding products weighing over 50lbs both *dimensional and actual weights; and/ or products marked as additional handling or *large package. Free shipping offer only applies to the lower 48 contiguous states and excludes APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorates. 

  • Dimensional weight is determined by multiplying (L x W x H)/ 166
    • Additional Handling over 50lbs: (20 x 20 x 21)/ 166 = 51 lbs.
    • “Large Package” formula: When a package's longest side plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches or its length exceeds 96 inches.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We accept orders addressed to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. APO/ FPO & PO Boxes will only ship via USPS ship methods.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You may track your package per the order number provided in the shipment detail of your order. Shipment confirmation and a tracking number will be provided post-purchase in the order.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship your order anywhere in the world. We ship using the lowest cost or best way using Economy, Canada/ Mexico Standard, or Expedited Services. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out. Local taxes and customs duties usually apply and are added once your shipment reaches its destination. Please see your local authorities for more information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customer/ Buyer will be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy/ Store Credit accepts returns on most items. Returns may be considered on most items valued at or greater than $4.99. Returns will be accepted if the item/s are in the same condition as shipped. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the receiver. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. Once our warehouse receives the returned product; a full refund will be offered in the form of store credit.

Damages/ Claims Policy

Customers are not liable for products damaged or lost while in shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service department. You must report damaged or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at [email protected]. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases, we may need assistance from our customers to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customers to ensure that all items are returned to the carrier or to us at We will discuss return shipping options when you report the damaged shipment. Store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected the original item. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

Any order which has incorrect or undeliverable address information will be a buyer's responsibility to reconcile with the carrier. If receives returned items due to being undeliverable or incorrect delivery information; we will notify you and a store credit will be issued to be used on future items.
